1. Eligibility
- Promotions are available only to active carriers under a dispatch agreement with M and M Logistics Net, LLC.
- Carrier must maintain valid operating authority, insurance, and equipment in compliance with FMCSA regulations.
- Promotions are non-transferable and apply only to the contracted carrier or Owner-Operator.
2. Nature of Promotions
- All promotions are tied to dispatch services only and do not represent guaranteed freight, revenue, or brokered loads.
- Dedicated lanes, special offers, or bonuses are based on available freight opportunities from partner brokers and shippers at the time of dispatch. M and M Logistics Net, LLC does not act as a broker and does not provide freight contracts directly.
3. Conditions
- To qualify for certain promotions (such as dedicated lanes or special discounts), carriers must remain under active dispatch service for the required timeframe (e.g., minimum of 4 months if specified).
- Failure to maintain active service may result in forfeiture of the promotional benefit.
4. Limitations
- Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
- All promotions are subject to freight availability and market conditions.
- Promotions have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money outside the terms of the offer.
